We ship out next day using AusPost for all shipments. Australian delivery times are listed as 2-6 days whilst international delivery times will vary depending on destination. You will receive a notification with tracking as soon as your order has been processed.

Our incense is a fragile product that we take every precaution to protect and package appropriately, however it can be easily damaged if not treated correctly in transit. Please feel free to contact us if you are in any way dissatisfied with your delivery.

Returns

Faulty or incorrect goods can be returned to the below address within 14 days for a full refund. You will be refunded through the original payment method or a replacement product sent out at our expense.
